You have the choice to send your gift voucher to the recipient via email or to print it and deliver it yourself.

You can also delay the sending of the gift voucher via email up to a month in advance. So if your friend is celebrating a birthday, the gift voucher will roll into their email box, right on their special day!

The recipient can then cash the gift voucher in before the expiry date online, over the phone or in person.

If you would prefer a hard copy version of the gift certificate, please contact us after making your transaction or place a note in the transaction comments and we will arrange for one to be sent either to you, or a nominated destination.
